In the unlikely event that the Pre-school/Breakfast Club is closed, for example due to extreme weather, information will be broadcast via local radio stations BBC Oxford 95.2 and Heart FM 102.6 as early as possible.  The radio stations usually also provide a full list of school closures on their websites:

Pre-school/Breakfast Club closures due to heavy snowfall are unlikely as most staff arrive on foot.  However primary school aged children attending Breakfast Club may be affected by Harwell Primary School closures whose staff live further afield. Please check before leaving Harwell Primary School children at Breakfast Club: the school's Head teacher will inform radio stations as early as possible, and a notice will usually be placed on the entrance door to the school.
